The Transfer station is located at the Town Hall. Town Residents may purchase a sticker for $1.00 that will allow them to dispose of household trash. Trash should be in clear bags and the fee for disposal is $1.00 per clear bag $2.00 for not clear bag. You may dispose of household rubbish. You may not dispose of vehicles, dead animals or construction waste. The Town provides for recycling of plastic, glass, metal and paper. There is no fee for recycling the materials should be rinsed clean.

The Transfer Station and Recycling are open on Saturdays from 9 am to 3 pm unless otherwise posted.

During the summer the transfer station has the following additional hours: 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Wednesday evenings. The web site will be updated from time to time to indicate if we are open for summer hours.
