Regularly scheduled Planning Commission meetings are held on the Tuesday immediately preceding the Town Board meeting at 7:30 PM at the Town Hall. The Planning Commission makes recommendations to the Town Board regarding issues of land use and zoning.
Regularly scheduled Town Board meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month at 7:30 PM at the Town Hall. Decisions on all matters regarding the Town of Wayne are made at that meeting.

Please fully describe the issue and provide a sketch showing the roads and property lines. All requests should be received at the Town Hall the second Friday before the Plan Commission meeting. Contact the clerk if you wish to make an appointment to submit materials.
Certain issues require Public Hearings and/or Public notice. Notice requirements and the timing of submissions for publication effect the date you may appear on the agenda. Conditional Use Permits require a separate application and payment of a fee. The Zoning Ordinance and Land Use Ordinance for the Town of Wayne, Wisconsin are available at the public library in West Bend, Wisconsin or Kewaskum, Wisconsin. Questions may also be addressed to the Building Inspector, Gordon Hoffman at 626 2270. Office hours are 7 am to noon Monday thru Friday, Mr. Hoffman is usually available until 9 am.
