In accordance with Section 5.84(1) Wisconsin Statues, notice is hereby given that a Public Test of the automatic Optical Scan voting equipment and Touch Screen voting equipment will be conducted on Tuesday, September 7, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Wayne Town Hall, 6030 Mohawk Road, Campbellsport, WI, 53010 for the Fall Primary Election to be held on Tuesday, September 14, 2010. This test is open to the public.

Notice of Gathering
There will be a Town of Wayne Town Board, driving the roads of the Town of Wayne commencing at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 21, 2010. The chairman and two town supervisors will be driving the roads in the town of Wayne.
This gathering is solely for accessing the conditions of the roads and any violations within the town. No formal action can or will take place. It is possible that attendance by other board members may constitute a "meeting" of the Town of Wayne or the Town of Wayne Planning Committee pursuant to State ex rel. Badke v Greendale Village Board, 173 Wis.2d 553, 494 N.W. 2d 408 (1993). However, board members and planning committee members present will not and cannot take formal action at this time.
