WINTER PARKING – ORDINANCE 6-3-3

NIGHT PARKING PROHIBITED:  No person shall park a vehicle on any streets between one o’clock  (1:00) A.M. and five o’clock (5:00) A.M. during the months of December, January, February, and March of any year.
