On 04/28/04 at 9:36 a.m. a lone white male entered the Associated Bank, 300 E. Lake Street in Lake Mills. He pointed a handgun at a clerk while demanding money. An undisclosed amount of money was given to the suspect, who then left the bank on foot southbound. Lake Mills Police, Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department, Department of Natural Resources, and the FBI all responded to the Associated Bank. Surveillance photos of the subject have been distributed to law enforcement. The bulk of the investigation will be conducted by the Lake Mills Police Department and the FBI.
