TANGO

Hi my full name is Attitude's Aggravated Assault but you can call me Tango  I am also a Brittany just like Reba, well not just like her but close enough.  I was born on 4 April 2001 and I just recently came to live with Reba and Chewie along with Mom & Dad.  It has been a hard adjustment period for me and the rest of the family, but things are much better now.  I had to learn my place and that took a few days.

I hope that you enjoy the pictures that dad is putting up.  I don't understand any of this but if you like them send me an e-mail and dad will read it to me.

Well this is me just after I came to live here.  I went to the toy box and stole one of Reba's favorite toys.  She didn't know what to do about it so she let me play with it.

Pretty soon I had a whole stack of toys to play with. Reba and Chewie even let me take them and lay on the floor.  I was really tired and just took a little time before I started to aggravate everyone again.

After a little nap we went outside and played with this floppy thing that dad throws.  I run and get it for him to  throw again and he seems really happy that I go and get it.  I don't know what he expected, I am a Brittany!

A little later mom filled this funny lake with water. It had some bubbles that were coming out of the hose and I tried to dig them out.  I really like playing in the water but this lake isn't deep enough to swim in so I hope we can go where the water is deeper.

This was a few days later.  It was my FIRST REAL POINT!!  Mom & Dad said I did real good.  I didn't pull on the rope real hard. I just stopped and pointed to where the bird was under the tree.  Mom took some pictures and then dad chased the bird away. I wanted to go get it but he wouldn't let me.

WOW! Was this ever fun.  At the time the Quail took off running I didn't know what it was, but I knew that it smelled real good and I was supposed to get it. I wanted to catch it real bad but, dad wouldn't let me but I had a great time trying.

I know this is where that bird was at.  I could not get enough of the smell.  It is one of the best things I have ever smelled.  I keep going back to the spot but there were no more birds there.

These are the first Pheasants I pointed.  I was really excited but I did hold the point until Bob got there with the gun.  When they flew I couldn't stand it any more and had to chase them.  Good thing Bob hit them or I might have chased them into the next county.

This was also a special day as a photographer from a local newspaper took our picture and we were in the paper about a month later.  That was really neat!

13 Months Old.

They say I have really grown up since I came home with Mom & Dad.  I really like to hunt and chase a Frizbee or ball.  I have been working on bringing the birds back to dad and then he lets me have them for a little while.  I am going to getting a new brother soon and I hope that I get along with him.

15 Months Old

I keep growing!  I think it upsets my humans, but what can I do?  My brother 'Troy' has arrived and we get along really well.  He is a little 'Heathen' at the moment but he will settle down.  He really likes to chew on my feathers.

Bob took me on two trips this year.  We went to North Dakota hunting for a week and then over to Iowa for a weekend of hunting.  This is the last bird we got in Iowa.  I pointed it so that it took Bob about 3 or 4 min. to find me then I got to carry the bird to the truck.

Well here we are in the field in Iowa.  It was a really nice day and I think Bob needed a rest so we had our friend Chris take our picture.  It was a good year for Pheasants and I don't think Bob wanted to go home but, we get to look forward to next year.

This was the last day of the hunt in ND.  The whole week had been Hot (75-80), Dry & Windy.  We did see good numbers of birds but they were very spooky.  At times we watched birds get up 1/4 to 1/2 mile ahead of us while walking a shelter break.  All in all it was a great trip.  No dogs were badly hurt and no one got really sick.

We hope that you have enjoyed the pictures.  Please check out the pictures of Reba, Chewie and that little 'Heathen' Troy.  And do stop by again.
