 Here you will find the most common resolutions to problems with your DSL connection. 


 If you are not able to connect,

Try rebooting your DSL modem. If you are using a modem purchased from us there will be a button on the back left hand side you can push in to turn off and push in again to turn it on. Wait 3 minutes and try surfing again. 

If that does not work try rebooting your router (if you have one) and your computers after that. If you are still unable to connect please call us at 1-800-638-9879. If you find this is something you are doing often to get back on line please let us know.

The most common modem we sell is the Speedstream 4100. It is a small black box. Here is a diagram of what the lights on the modem mean. If your DSL light is blinking or red you need to call us to do a line test.
