What if my wireless or DSL connection is down?A common solution to wireless or DSL connections being down is simply to unplug and plug in all the hardware. This can be the paddle or modem and any router that might be plugged in, making sure to wait about 2 minutes between the paddle or modem and the router. After doing this, wait 5 minutes and try again. If this does not fix the problem, please be in front of your computer with the computer turned on and call our customer service department using the information at the bottom of the page.
