What if my DSL connection is down?

A common solution to a DSL connections being down is simply to unplug and plug in all the hardware. This can be the modem and any router that might be plugged in, making sure to wait about 2 minutes between the modem and the router. After doing this, wait 5 minutes and try again. If this does not fix the problem, please be in front of your computer with the computer turned on and call our customer service department using the information at the bottom of the page.
